BMW: Negligence Update

After ringing JSN twice and posting a complaint on BMW’s web site, I finally got confirmation that BMW On Call would come this morning to my office to replace the missing wheel nut that some workshop chimp removed during my service last week.

The gentleman called me when he arrived and attended to my car before I even got to the parking lot – impressive! Not only was he polite, he also ensured that he would escalate the issue and have someone call me later on in the day to discuss the issue with me.

I’m hoping they decide to donate an M6 to my worthy cause, but something tells me the odds are slimmer than Zuma making an intelligent statement.

I must say that the problem has been attended to swiftly. I’m now wondering how often BMW head office checks their email and responds to complaints they receive through their site. SO far nothing from them…
