Lego for Bad Kids?

I loved Lego when I was a kid. I spent hours and hours building my own cities, cars, planes, etc. You name it, I built it!

At least that’s what I thought until I saw this:

Whack! whack! whack! Now obviously this isn’t something you can just pick up at your closest Toys R Us store (unless I’ve been ill informed?). And obviously this isn’t something you would want to give to you kid (unless I’ve been ill informed again)!

Can anyone verify if this is real or not?
