Tattoo. Brilliant and Scary at the Same Time

I’ve never really been a tattoo guy. I don’t mind admiring some decent body art, but haven’t ever had the urge to run out splash myself with some secret chinese message, my moms name or that symbol from AC/DC. But I’ve gotta give credit where it’s due…

Isn’t that just awesome? You see what he’s done there right? He’s got a face on his back and his bust cheeks double up as breasts. That’s creativity!

I’ve got two questions: Is this a real tattoo or not? And, what one earth would happen to this guy if he suddenly found himself in the slammer? Ooooh! (Thats a bad “Ooooh!”).
