How to Create the Ultimate Chocolate Pralines
It’s simple! Take one angry man with a sweet tooth, add a dash of frustration and mix in two famous chocolatiers…
Kim’s Chocolates was named after the only daughter of Fons Maex in 1987. Fons was frustrated by the lack of quality in Belgian chocolate factories and decided he would do much better. He worked closely with two chocolatiers whose ancestors were famous chocolatiers and brought with them recipes dating back as far as 1913.

Kim’s Chocolates now offers a superb range of 80 different hand made pralines imported from Belgium and unlike most other chocolates these elegant pieces are made from 100% cocoa butter, with fresh ingredients and no preservatives.
Kim’s also manufactures a private label, Cachet, that has an impressive sugar free range including pralines, slabs and biscuits, suitable for diabetics.
Chocadore is giving away a one of a kind signature wrapped 500g ballotin from Kim’s Chocolates. It’s tastefully packed with a selection of the most popular Belgian pralines.
