I LOVE Gold! From a Vending Machine?

If you dont already know, I sell the shiny yellow metal for a living, but I just discovered one of these babies, threatening to put me out of business! WTF! I found this article at this cool blog called what about gold – a great resource for info on the markets.

This is the brainchild of a German asset management company and they plan to set up a whopping 500 “Gold-To-Go” ATM’s in Germany, Austria and Switzerland in under a year. These pics were taken in Frankfurt Central Station.

Something gives me a feeling that this wouldnt work in good old sunny South Africa, which is good news for me!

    Thanks for sharing information. I had experienced this gold vending machine many times. This is really a cool machine. Vending machine services are also very nice.
